1939 Ford Deluxe STK 112-ATL.mpg

This 1939 Ford Deluxe is a prime example of what a classic driver should look like. This 3 passenger Deluxe with its split rear windows and all steel body houses an upgraded Chevrolet 350ci power plant and turbo 350 transmission and is ready for your next road trip or local cruise. The '39 Ford Deluxe is a step above the standard coupe with its tear-drop headlights flushed against the front fenders and the grille set lower into the hood. With just over 33000 made this survivor stood the test of time and has been upgraded in all the right areas for many more years and miles of driving enjoyment. The 350ci engine is topped with a Holley carburetor, chrome Edelbrock air cleaner, aluminum finned valve covers and tube headers mounted to full dual exhaust that gives this '39 a nice sounding exhaust note. A smooth shifting turbo 350 transmission pulls hard and the 3.25 rear gears gives it the life it needs when asked upon yet keeps the rpm's low at cruising speeds. The electric radiator mounted fan keeps the engine running cool even in traffic. Upgraded rack and pinion power steering and the front power disc brakes add to the comfort of driving this American classic and with its 9903 miles driven since being rebuilt, this baby still purrs and has the life left in it for as many cruises or long drives as you can handle. A great front to back raked stance really looks great and the white-wall radial tires that are wrapped around the original Ford steelies with chrome beauty rings ...
